Today, I’d like you to reflect on a motto that we feel strongly about at the Angelo Affinita Foundation. There are words that can move mountains, that become more than empty promises, that become prospective.
That’s why I like to repeat frequently the motto by the man who inspired the creation of this foundation, the motto of Angelo Affinita: “It’s the man that makes the difference”.
What do you think? Don’t you think it’s a great message?
Because this is what Angelo tried to teach to all those around him, his collaborators and those who saw him as a business or human guide.
This is one of the rules that I’ve learned: it’s fundamental to take care of your staff.
If you’re interested in business, if you’re interested in being successful, you need to know that one of the “tricks” is having your staff in the condition to go to work smiling every day.
This happens for different reasons:
- The first is because without doubt, having a human relationship with your staff is fundamental for a businessperson to conduct business in a serene and reaffirming environment.
- The second is that based on one’s interpersonal relationships at work comes the ability to resolve the little problems that every company faces.
Angelo Affinita was able to act as a guide in this area and that is how this foundation came to be-inspired by his human and social relationships before his business ones.
Here, in this memory box, the video you’ll find linked below, you can listen for yourself to some testimonies from our sustainers. You can see their expressions and their motivations.
My father used to say “it’s the man that makes the difference”.
