IeFP – Career Education and Training

The project
Career Education and Training (IeFP) refers to a regional educational path for young individuals who want to enter the workforce immediately.
The programs are delivered by La Tecnica School in Benevento, funded by the Campania Region, with the support of local businesses.
IeFP programs promote career guidance for young people to enhance their personal vocations, interests, and individual learning styles, focusing on the DUAL educational system based on the alternation of "classroom" training (at an educational institution) and practical training in "work contexts" (at a company).
Since 2019, the Angelo Affinita Foundation has supported the Graphic Operator program and, starting in 2023, the Mechanical Operator program, with the involvement of the SAPA Group as well.
Goals
- Promote the employment of young individuals
- Combat school dropouts
- Strengthen the connection between education and vocational training and the world of work
Impact
- 11 students obtained the professional qualification of Graphic Operator
- 9 students obtained the professional diploma of Graphic Technician
- 4 graduates employed
- 15 students enrolled in the Mechanical Operator course
