The Foundation promotes projects of excellence to enhance the potential of the territory and provide concrete opportunities for young people facing economic and social difficulties
It arises from the Affinita family's desire to collect Angelo's human and spiritual legacy, to continue his work, and to spread in contemporary society the ethical principles and human virtues that inspired his life
Casapane
In 2017, the Angelo Affinita Foundation decided to create a project aimed at providing education, employment, and social inclusion to young people in need within the community.
The project's idea led to the establishment of a Social Enterprise, Xenia Srl, with the opening of its first store, Casapane, on October 2, 2018, providing full-time employment to 15 young individuals facing social and economic challenges.

The project involves 30 young people, aged 11 to 17, at high risk of school dropout and in conditions of educational poverty.
We have created educational and professional development pathways tailored to them, focused on acquiring skills in new communication technologies, filmmaking, directing, screenwriting, and editing, with the ultimate goal of broadcasting a television format conceived by the young people themselves.
Casa di Rut
A home to welcome all those young migrant women, alone or with children, who are fleeing from situations of great hardship and exploitation.
In Caserta, Casa di Rut was founded in 1995, a first reception facility where young women can find a second chance through an integration process: medical care, regularization of their migrant status, learning the Italian language, socialization, and job training.

Losing a father is always painful, but the legacy left by my dad, Angelo, inspires every single day of my life.
It becomes a duty of mine and my family to honor his memory by sharing his example with other entrepreneurs and professionals.
